Ordered one of the prettiest flower arrangements I have ever seen. Delivery was perfect timing and she was extremely happy to receive them. I got so many pictures sent to me thanking me for the beautiful arrangement. I will definitely use Spoto's again in the future and would recommend to anyone wanting the freshest flowers in town!!

10/10 I'd recommend again tenfold! Beautiful, vibrant flowers came with outstanding customer service! Spotos Happily provided a floral arrangement to a community gathering at our church. As a devoted customer, let me attest that they never let me down! Once again, I want to express my gratitude to Jay for his superb service. I called the Friday before Mother's Day to ask if I could purchase 3 plastic flower picks (to hold cards) for a project I was making. The man I spoke with told me they really couldn't help me. I was baffled as I was willing to pay whatever I needed for something that cost them almost nothing. He told me, "This really isn't a good time," and "It's just kind of a weird time so we can't help you," (referencing COVID19). I offered to slide the money through the door and return to my vehicle and he could just set them outside and I would retrieve them, no contact needed. He responded with, "We're really just too busy with Mother's Day orders right now. We can't help you." Just wow! I will defiantly never offer my business again.

Spoto's Seriously got me out of a HUGE bind, no questions asked, 24 hours before our event when a Florist I had locked on, bailed! We planned this event in Lakeland from SC. We have a 50th Wedding Anniversary I was planning and all I needed was to recreate the wedding bouquet from a picture. She was awesome! I gave her the pics (which were at best, lacking lol) she put together an AMAZING bouquet, delivered and didn't even charge me extra for the rush!!!! I would totally use them again.

I ordered flowers last week from out of town for my Grandmother's birthday to have them delivered to her home in Lakeland. When I originally called to place my order, I was greeted my a lady whom was slightly hard to understand. I was unsure of what I wanted and had seen the website. The lady tried to help me but was interrupted by Jay, who apologized and told me that they were a small business and they had a customer in the store who needed to pay using a credit card and needed to use the phone line I was on in order to complete the transaction. He took down my name and phone number and promptly called me back after the credit card transaction was complete. When he called back, he was very good with helping me decide which floral setup was right for me. The floral arrangement itself seemed to be pretty reasonable, but there was a $10 delivery charge, which I thought was slightly steep. I don't buy flowers often so I don't know what the going rate for delivery is. I only placed my order the day before I wanted it delivered, and my grandmother said that they delivered it by noon on the requested day. She said that the flowers were of very good quality and were very pretty. She said
